Thilo Paulsen - Managing Partner
Thilo Paulsen started his career in 1983 with a professional training as insurance broker with Jauch & Hübener, nowadays AON.
In 1988, he moved to Junge & Co., where he developed tailor-made products, in particular in the field of marine insurance, which were successfully introduced to the market. In 1999, Thilo Paulsen was appointed as Director of the company.
In March 2003, he joined Karl Koellner as Managing Director. Since January 2007 he is Managing Partner.
