2005 | Along with the move to the prestigious premises of the Deichtorcenter, the company was renamed to "Karl Koellner GmbH Insurance Brokers". The company now resides in the lively centre of Hamburg with a view over the harbour, Hamburg's gate to the world.
2003 | Thilo Paulsen joins the company as Managing Director. The marine business is extended and internationalized. Contacts abroad are strengthened through strategic cooperations. The direct access to the London Market and a network of corresponding brokers in the relevant parts of the world ensure a high service level for our clients in Germany and abroad.
1991 | Under the management of Heinz Ullrich Fürus, the company grows to a well known medium-sized broker. The new office is situated in the historical Deichstraße in Hamburg, in the heart of the insurance industry.
1982 | Heinz Ullrich Fürus becomes a new partner and takes over the sole management of the company.
1971 | Graduate Engineer Karl Köllner [Dipl.-Ing.] founds the "Versicherungskontor für Industrieanlagen". His reputation as holder of the C6-Patent leads to quick establishment of the company as an industrial insurance broker.
